gods, i like my ortlieb panniers, but all the parts other than the actual bag have been disappointing
a year ago i had a mounting hook break on one and the bag yeeted itself into the middle of the intersection, and, while they do allegedly sell the replacement part, i couldn't actually find anywhere to buy one at the time
and now some of the webbing is coming apart on another one of mine

@nyanotech I just 3d printed a replacement part for an Ortlieb pending fabrication of a more permanent replacement
