why do a bunch of intel wifi cards do the bluetooth over usb?
inb4 it's an entirely isolated and separate block from the pcie/wifi part

@nyanotech is there even a bluetooth controller device type in PCI? I think literally all that I've seen were USB, with the same generic HCI driver, so I've always assumed they continue to be USB in order to avoid needing to deploy a brand new driver
